The Friday morning class is for all level- yoga novice
Props, Mats, and Blankets provided by the
Wegmans Organic Farm
- Emphasis is placed on teaching to develop a routine yoga practice at home.
- Sage for the spine.
- Core and pelvic floor muscles focus.
- Adaptive, Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga.
- Pranayama – Breathing practice.
- Mindful Meditation.

Registered Yoga Teacher and Founder of Zoe~nergy – private and small group yoga therapy for an individual with a medical condition, injury, functional limitation, or with a desire for sports performance enhancement, improved mobility, strength, balance or to dive deeper or initiate a yoga practice in a safe, private environment.
