*NYS Medicaid is restricting our ability to accept Medicaid as a primary insurance since the volume of eligible Medicaid subscribers who pursue our services is not substantial to allow enrollment into e-PACES to acquire the required electronic authorization for payment of services.
We are enrolled for Medicaid as a secondary payer to Medicare. Medicaid restricts coverage to the 20% balance on 97530 only. Any other procedure codes will be denied and 20% of the Medicare allowed amount will be your responsibility.
Our business office offers personable interaction with scheduling and correspondence with referral sources and insurance companies. Assisting with quality assurance, accurate claims and accounts receivable provides key front line representation of our clients’ needs.
Throughout your treatment, our physical therapists provide ongoing communications with your referral source and if appropriate, your insurance company.
Many insurance plans entitle the patient to physical therapy sessions each calendar year. It is a patient’s right to use this benefit and to choose where he or she will receive physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
