Ergonomic Training

Repetitive motion and overuse are two of the most common injuries a person faces in the American workplace.  Our team believes employees should never have to worry about sustaining an injury while on the clock, which is one of the main reasons we offer ergonomic training as one of our healthcare services.

Even if you’re not in what is considered to be a traditionally hazardous line of work, such as construction, injuries can still occur.  Examples of the common injuries the American worker faces today include:

  • Carpal tunnel.
  • Tendinitis.
  • Tennis elbow.
  • Lower back injuries.

To help prevent our patients from suffering any of the common workplace injuries, we offer ergonomic training to educate them on how to remain safe.  When working with us for ergonomic training, the below will be discussed:

  • The basic concepts of workplace ergonomics.
  • How to recognize risk factors that lead to injuries.
  • Utilizing proper posture and mechanics to prevent injury.
