Balance Activity

Balance issues can quickly decrease the quality of life for our patients. Without the proper balance and equilibrium, completing everyday tasks can become next to impossible.  Fortunately, our team could have the answer. Through the use of balance activity training, you can see improvements in the outlook of your condition, allowing you to regain balance and resume everyday life.

While it may seem counterintuitive, sometimes activity is the only solution for medical issues.  If deemed applicable, a variety of balance activities can be taught to our patients to better their condition, including:

  • Tightrope walks.
  • Heel-toe walking.
  • Side-stepping.
  • Chair leg raises.
  • Elbow planks on a stability ball.
  • Banded toe taps.
