Posture Correction – Patterns of Postural Change

There are specific patterns of postural change that occur in the body as we age that can be prevented and reversed. At any age, job related or simply due to computer and hand held games, phones and other technology, the posture of the human body is significantly challenged. The muscles on the back side of the body are overstretched and weakened while the front body is tight and restricted from the forward bent, slouched posture. Instruction is offered on posturing and positioning to minimize the compressive forces of the spine. An exercise program is developed to stretch what is tight and strengthen what is weak.
